We are planning to upgrade one of our Juniper Routers at the Mayoral Drive exchange in Auckland on Thursday morning. This is to resolve a bug on the router that is currently affecting the provisioning of new services for customers. We are applying a software upgrade to resolve this issue reoccurring in the future.
Whilst the upgrade is being applied there will be a short outage to Broadband services for many customers. If your broadband service does not come back online following the upgrade please power cycle the router. If you have any questions about the upgrade then please reach out to our team.
