As part of our annual TLS certificate renewal we have updated our Wholesale proxy certificate for sip.securevoip.nz. This means that the certificate has been updated, but also there is a new CA (Certificate Authority) chain/root certificate from DigiCert this year as well. Please ensure that your device supports the latest CA certificates. In particular 3CX Trunks may need to be updated with the new certificate PEM file which can be found at the following link below:
We have also updated our Cisco SPA112 and SPA122 device configurations with the new Custom CA URL given that these end-of-life devices do not have built-in support for the newer Digicert certificates. If you have configured these manually then please contact our team for instructions on how to update the Custom CA Root URL which can be found at https://www.securevoip.nz/sip.securevoip.nz-rootca-2023.pem
