Between approximately 3.45pm and 4.15pm "Call Forward Always" rules failed to execute on some incoming calls. A knock-on effect of this issue was a load related problem which may have affected voice quality between approximately 4.00pm to 4.30pm. Some calls during this time may also have disconnected. The issue was identified and resolved by engineers and there should be no further issues since around 4.30pm. If you are still experiencing any issues then please contact our support team.
