Discount Domains appear to be back online and domains are resolving normally now so we are setting the status of this event to Resolved.

It appears that a popular DNS hosting provider "Discount Domains" is having an outage today and this is affecting several of our customers and partners. None of Hero's domains or services are impacted since we do not use them.
However, if any of our wholesale partners are using their own domain which is affected by the outage on Discount Domains for SIP connectivity then please use the generic sip.securevoip.nz host and this will work for Voice connectivity in the mean time. Any phones provisioned using our auto-provisioning system will not be affected since we already use our own domain names for SIP connectivity.
If wholesale partners are unable to access their web portal then you can also login to https://admin.securevoip.nz to access your customer accounts. We allow access through this generic domain as well as your own custom domains.
Any emails will be queued for up to 4 days if they cannot be delivered due to these DNS related problems at Discount Domains, so any voicemail messages, call recordings or other emails should not be lost and will eventually be delivered when the DNS problems at Discount Domains are resolved.
